Module 1: Tracking
First we’ll help you get your website configured to properly track what actions visitors are taking. We’ll need this data to help us understand what is working really well and also pinpoint what isn’t working very well.
Module 2: Technical Optimization
After your tracking is set up, we’ll run a comprehensive audit on your website to figure out what is holding you back from ranking higher. You’ll meet with one of my team members to go over your audit. During your call, we’ll help build you a holistic SEO strategy where we define goals, set objectives and map out milestones for you to work toward. Before your call is over, we’ll go over your technical SEO report and help point out the important issues that need to be addressed regarding your site’s structure and performance.
Module 3: Keyword Research
Next we’ll help you close the gap on missed opportunities. The opportunity GAP is where we’ll help you connect the keywords potential clients are using to find your services. Keyword Research, Local Keyword Research, Funnel Mapping Searcher Intent, etc.
Module 4: Layout & Design
Now that you’ve completed the keyword research and understand your searcher’s intent, it’s time to build content around those terms. First you will need to structure your homepage and then service pages. Once the service pages and homepages are complete, then you can work on your blog posts.
Module 5: On-Page Optimization
Once you’re finished structuring your primary pages with valuable SEO keywords, it’s time for another checkpoint. During this checkpoint we will provide a content analysis report on the pages you submit for review. Our report will help identify optimization opportunities for your keyword placement.
Module 6: Traffic Strategies
From email list building to new blog post creation strategies, this module will help you stay creative with your proven and scalable marketing campaigns & content.
Module 7: Conversions
Here we will focus on optimizing our conversion rate. A website conversion happens when someone completes a pre-determined and desired action on your website, like signing up for a newsletter, sharing a blog post to social media, filling out a lead form, scheduling a consultation or buying a product. This allows you to close the gap on underperforming pages with high bounce rates that fail to convert quality traffic into leads.
Module 8: Google My Business
An important step in any local SEO strategy should include the optimization and claiming of your own Google My Business Profile. We’ll go over your Google My Business account and make sure your GMB listing has been claimed, verified and optimized for local SEO.
Module 9: Off-Page SEO
Next we’ll help you define your Off-Page SEO strategy by teaching you how to connect with high-quality sites specific to your industry that can help you build authority. We’ll also want to make sure all of your business information—NAPS (Name, Address, Phone & Site) are correctly configured and consistent throughout your online profiles.
Module 10: Understanding KPI Reports
One of the most challenging aspects of marketing is understanding what you should do with charts, graphs and reports filled with visitor data. This is where you can distance yourself from the rest of the pack by understanding what the data is saying and being able to build a strategy specifically for your target audience. This is where you connect everything you know about your customer with your 5W Report—WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHY.
